No, there is no option to add new items to your order after payment.
Creating an account is not necessary in order to buy items from US online stores via Shipzee. However, we highly recommend creating one since registered users can see their order history in one place, take advantage of Shipzee balance and other benefits.
List of prohibited items:

  • Firearms, cold weapons & their accessories, including replicas, compound bows, crossbows, and other weapon-related items.
  • All types of knives (hunting, combat, kitchen, folding, knife replicas, accessories, parts).
  • Thermal imaging, infrared or other night vision devices.
  • Explosives, fireworks, gun powder, flares or matches, gasoline.
  • Diesel or other fuel.
  • Prescription medicine.
  • Prohormones, Human Growth Hormones, stem cell treatments, steroids or synthetic versions.
  • Perishable products of any kind.
  • Foods that are not resistant to temperature differences, have a short expiration date, are packaged in foil, glass or fragile packaging. Also, drinks and other liquids.
  • Alcohol, tobacco and CBD products.
  • Toxic substances and other products harmful to health.
  • Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides.
  • Radioactive elements or products.
  • Oxidizing agents.
  • Paper money and coins, including collectibles.
  • Fire extinguishers.
  • BB/pellet/airsoft/paintball guns, their parts and projectiles and other similar goods.
  • Damaged batteries.
  • Contraband or illegal substances.
  • Gambling devices & accessories.
  • Live or dead animals or insects.
  • Agricultural products, including seeds, live or dead plants, unfinished or untreated wood & soil.
  • Items containing animal products controlled under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, or requiring a permit under CITES.
  • Any unidentifiable material, substance or chemical.
  • Damaged, refurbished electronics and other defective items that could be perceived as waste.
  • Products filled with gas (aerosol, CNG, etc.).
  • Batteries that are not installed in or packed with a device.
  • Fragile glass and ceramic goods.
  • Electric bicycles, electric scooters, hoverboards.
  • Tires.
  • Licence plates.


Please note that the list contains categories of prohibited items and does not necessarily list all specific items within that category. In case of any doubts whether the desired product belongs to the prohibited category, we recommend that before placing an order you confirm it with us via email info@shipzee.com.
Item prices, size and color selection change rapidly in US online stores. Because of these changes, sometimes we are unable to order certain items after the payment. In such a case, we will inform you via email and will issue a refund for the canceled items and related taxes within 1–2 business days.
No. The prices in our offers are final with all taxes included (import and VAT taxes, Shipzee service and delivery fees), therefore, no additional taxes will be charged.
If you're interested in more than one item and wish to get a joint offer, add additional link when filling out a price request. You can add more links by clicking the "Add another item" button. In one price request you can add up to 30 unique item links.

If you wish to get separate price offers for the products you're interested in, submit individual requests for each item.
On average it takes 5–7 business days for the purchased products to reach our US warehouse. Depending on the US online store, the delivery might take longer than usual. Once the products arrive, we ship them out via Economy Shipping (by ship) every Thursday and via Express Shipping (by plane) every Friday. It takes 5–7 business days for packages shipped via Express Shipping and 4–6 weeks for packages shipped via Economy Shipping to be delivered to once they have been dispatched from our US warehouse.

Please note: the indicated terms are preliminary and in rare cases may be prolonged due to the inner processes of the US online store or customs procedures.
You can return items to the US only if the returns term has not ended yet and the seller agrees to accept them. For details on the returns term, please contact us via info@shipzee.com. The client chooses the shipping company and covers the shipping expenses. When the seller returns the money paid for the item, we return them to the client.

Please note: Shipzee service fee, shipping fee, import taxes and delivery fee are not returned. If you wish to return an item to a seller, contact our team for further directions.

We always recommend trying to sell the item in Shipzee Facebook group. Usually, you will sell it quicker than completing a return and without incurring extra costs.
All orders are shipped by private courier companies and are delivered to the address you have provided or to a parcel locker of your choice. Shipping and delivery methods can be selected at the checkout.

All packages can be delivered to a provided address by DPD or AEC courier services. Most of the ordered products can be delivered to DPD, or Omniva parcel lockers.
The final price offer includes: item price, Sales Tax (if it is applied), Shipzee service fee, local shipping fee (if it is applied), shipping from the US fee and delivery within the applicable countries. Once you pay for your order, no additional fees are charged since import taxes are added to the Shipzee service fee in advance.

Please note: in the case of shipping car ant motorcycle parts or other goods of non-standard size or weight, if the weight or size of arrived package differs from the calculated offer, we reserve the right to ask the client to cover the difference in the shipping cost.
Individual Order service is provided to natural persons only.
If your package was damaged or lost in transit, please contact Shipzee Customer Support within 48 hours of order delivery and provide us with a description of the damaged parcel or damaged goods and photos of them as proof. We will objectively evaluate the damage and will get back to you with possible solutions to the problem. In the case of a lost package, Shipzee refunds the full order price.

Please note that compensations are not issued for damaged product packaging.

You can track your order status by clicking on "Order Tracking" in the upper right corner and by entering the order number or the package tracking number in the search bar. An order number begins with the letters QU, while a package tracking number begins with the letter A, D, L, H or O.

You can also track all your orders in your account. Log in to your account, click on "My Account" in the upper left corner and then select "Order History" on the left side.
No. Shipping from the USA to Europe can take longer due to external factors and customs processes, which Shipzee has no direct impact on, therefore, the option to cancel an order or receive monetary compensation due to a prolonged shipping term is not available.
No. Non-fragile items (clothes, footwear, accessories, etc.) are shipped without their original packaging. If requested by the client, footwear can be shipped in its original packaging, however, an additional fee of approximately $5.00 will be added due to increased package dimensions. If you wish to request this service, please contact our Customer Support before placing an order.
The selected shipping method can be changed until the package is ready to be shipped to Europe.
The selected delivery method cannot be changed after placing the order. The delivery information can be changed until the package is sent to Europe.
Order payments can be made via direct bank transfers through Paysera's payment system, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards.

Please note: Euro prices in Shipzee offers are only preliminary. The final price in your local currency will be calculated by your chosen payment processor based on the current currency exchange rate, with an additional €0.02 added to cover currency fluctuations and banking fees between Lithuania and the US.

PayPal payments are limited to $500. Credit and debit cards payments are limited to $1000. No payment limits or additional fees are applied for payments made using Paysera's payment system.
Shipzee Balance is like your digital wallet on Shipzee platform. You can add Shipzee Balance in 3 ways:

When buying from our DealZone or using the Individual Order service, you can use Shipzee Balance to cover the full amount or a part of it. When using Shipzee Pro services, you can use Shipzee Balance to cover the full amount only.
No. We cannot issue a VAT invoice since Shipzee is a US registered company.
Yes, for natural persons we issue a Shipzee Invoice. If you wish to get a Shipzee Invoice, please contact us after order delivery.
Sales Tax is similar to VAT in Europe. This tax is not applied if the store doesn't have a physical address in the state the order is being shipped to. The Sales Tax amount depends on the store and the state the order is being shipped to.
You can cancel your order only until the items are packed and prepared for shipment.

Please note: when an order is canceled per a client's request, a set cancelation fee of 5% (but no less than $10) is charged and calculated from the item cart value with returns fee (if it is applied). Returns costs and conditions depend on a US online store from where an item is ordered.

If the seller cancels the order, a cancelation fee is not applied.
There is no option to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
Refunds are issued to a bank account within 1–2 business days from the day a refund is registered and to a Shipzee Balance within one business day.

Once the refund is completed, it should reach your bank account within 1–10 business days depending on your chosen payment method.
Returns terms and conditions depend on the US store from which the goods are ordered.

Please note that when using Economy Shipping the returns term may be already expired by the time an order is delivered.
Only the quantity for personal use is allowed for shipping, therefore, one order may contain no more than 10 bottles of vitamins or supplements.
When shipping by air, the package dimensions cannot exceed the following: 72 x 48 x 40 inch.
