Reservation terms

  • These iPhone models are made for the US market and do not support physical SIM cards. These iPhone models also work in European countries using the plans of mobile phone operators that provide eSIM services.
  • After submitting a reservation, you will be assigned a unique queue number, according to which we will place an order for your chosen iPhone model. When iPhone is delivered to our U.S. warehouse, we will contact you to confirm your order and send you a payment link. If you do not pay for the order within two days, your queue will be transferred to another customer.
  • The dollar price quoted at the time of reservation is final with all taxes included. The price in euros is based on the euro / dollar exchange rate on that day and may vary slightly at the time of payment.
  • The unique reservation queue number is assigned based on your chosen iPhone model and specifications.
  • If you want to order more than one device, you must fill out a reservation form for each device separately. It is not possible to combine separate reservations.
  • After a successful reservation and e-mail confirmation, you will receive an email showing the selected iPhone model, its specifications, and your unique queue number.
  • The reservation takes effect and the unique queue number is assigned only after the customer confirms the reservation by clicking on the confirmation link received via the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us by info@shipzee.com.
  • If you change your mind and want to cancel your reservation, reserve another iPhone model or change the specifications of the selected model, you should contact us at info@shipzee.com to cancel your existing reservation and fill out a new reservation form. When you make a new reservation, you will be assigned a new unique queue number.
  • The time of receipt of your reserved iPhone depends on the selected model and specifications, which means that phones of different specifications can be ordered and shipped at different times, depending on the manufacturer's available stock.

Shipzee provides intermediary services and helps customers to get branded products from official USA online stores. Apple products purchased in the United States are covered by a 1 year international warranty. Warranty service is provided by authorized Apple resellers. Prices quoted by Shipzee are final, including all taxes on goods, services, delivery and import.
